Whoever answered the phone was rude and very unhelpful. I was inquiring about pricing and availability, the employee on the phone completely disregarded my question and only replied with “Go find someone else, we can’t help.” I guess they don’t want new business 🤷🏻‍♀️

Horrible experience! We brought our dog in after she had a stroke to be put down, and he showed no compassion or care at all! Because of him there was no peace in her passing. It looked painful and traumatic. He spoke so loudly during the entire time we were there, it was inappropriate and casual as if we were there to visit him and not say goodbye to our pet. He was not gentle with her at all, pulling out our blanket from beneath her causing her to flop violently on the table. The medication he used to euthanize her was given directly into her body and not through an iv, causing more pain and a slow traumatic passing. Then after, as we were in tears, he continued his pointless jibber jabber about the city and himself. The ashes we received were in a cheap plastic box and no care to them at all (not like our previous pet who was given so much love every step of the way at a different vet) Please do not bring your animals to this man, he's horrible!

I absolutely love Dr. Potter. We may not agree on everything BUT he does his job and loves his profession wholeheartedly. He is such an amazing and VERY knowledgeable vet and I trust him completely. He isn't afraid to say the truth which a lot of people don't want to hear these days. But he cuts through the BS and gives you the bottom line and finds more inexpensive routes to get the job done and your fur baby in its best health. I cannot recommend him enough! That's why I keep going back. I know my fur baby will leave with its best interest anf health at heart!
